*Certain items are available with expedited shipping - items eligible for Free Shipping do not include expedited shipping - an additional fee applies for expedited shipping.
*We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. Extra shipping charges may apply to Canadian Delivery. We will email you prior to charging your credit card with any additional shipping charges applicable to Canada or you may email us for a shipping quote.
*If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive your items in separate shipments and you will be emailed as each item ships with tracking information.
*Occasionally, a product may be on backorder due to fabric availability. We will notify you before we process your order and charge your credit card with the estimated delay time.

* Gifts Are Always Shipped With A Packing Slip Without Pricing. Gift-wrapping is available on some items and noted on their display page.

At It's a Woman's Bag, your satisfaction is our highest priority.
We will do what we can.
Our suppliers, also, have rules
in place and are very strict on their return policies.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your money or
offer you an exchange less the original shipping charges with the following
exceptions:
**Custom made to order jewelry, custom purses, custom totes and custom handbags
are non-refundable or exchangeable and are therefore a FINAL SALE**
**SALE Items are a FINAL SALE** **Items such as evening bags, hair jewelry,
bridal jewelry, etc., cannot be returned. These products are
'wear once' or 'use once' items. Unfortunately, some people take advantage by
returning an item after using/wearing it.
An exception would be an item still in the original packaging, and resale
able.

Shipping charges to return items are the customer's responsibility unless
the error was made by It's a Woman's Bag.

We must be notified within 5 days of the delivery date of your purchase to
request a refund or exchange - Day One is the day the item is delivered.

All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number (see below)

Once we have issued a return authorization number, your returned item must
arrive back to us within 10 days in order to receive a credit or exchange or
your package will be returned to you.

We strongly advise to use a track able shipping method.

All returned products must be unused and securely packed in the original
condition and include all paperwork and warranty cards if applicable. If
packaging is not in its original condition, the items will be returned to
you at your expense.

It's a Woman's Bag cannot accept merchandise for refund or exchange if items
are received damaged, scratched, or show visible wear.

Any merchandise received by It's a Woman's Bag that does not meet these
guidelines will be returned to the customer.

It's a Woman's Bag reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the
above policy is abused in any way including excessive exchanges.

There is a 10% restocking fee. Returns are issued less S & H, and
restocking fee.
Please understand that there are no exceptions to this policy.
