Consultant Info ~ It's a Woman's Bag

By filling out the signup form, you will automatically become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by your referral and affiliate link. 
Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

• Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks)
• Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...)
• Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
• Violation of intellectual property rights.
• Selling products on EBay or other auction sites.

Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions stated above.

Commission

Your commission is 25%. You keep your commission right at the time of sale. The customer pays you directly.  For sales made through your affiliate link, you will receive 25% commission on these sales. I accept checks, money orders, payments through www.paypal.com or visa or MasterCard. (payments made by check or money order, will need to clear before products will be sent)

Your customers will need to pay you by check, cash or money order unless you have a way from them to pay you by credit card. (this is for your stock sold at shows, parties or in person sales)

Recruiting

 You will earn $10 in commission credit once your recruit places their first order. You will also receive commission credit for all consultants recruited by your down line.

1st down line = $10
2nd down line = $5

Your commission credit will become available to you as soon as your recruit/s pays for their first order. Please note; your commission credit can only be used as a credit on an order and  only be used on product, not shipping.

Purchase Requirement

In order to stay active as a consultant, you are required to make $20.00 in sales every quarter in order to be considered active. The range is March 30, June 30, September 30, and December 30.

Starting with It's a Woman's Bag

The start-up is Free. You are required to join the Yahoo group. You will be able to make purchases using your discount.

Yahoo Group

You will be invited to join It's a Woman's Bag on yahoo groups upon receiving your consultant application. This is where all consultants can meet and learn from each other and answer each other's questions. You can find files and helpful business tools to help your business grow.

Pricing for Consultants

Consultants may purchase each product to have for display or home parties.  This is to help consultants stock up on samples for parties, prizes, personal use or to make a larger percentage on a future sale. (This will be a 25% discount for handbags, totes, wallets, etc...) Jewelry will be a 10% commission.

Repackaging Products

All labels and packaging must be kept intact and in the same condition as they are shipped from the manufacturer. If at any time the buyer elects to repackage, remove labels or deface labels in any way (the only exception is adding consultants personal info/website info to the product packaging) all product liability that the manufacturer bears is invalid It's a Woman's Bag will not be held responsible in any way should repackage or defacement of labels occurs.

Unauthorized Selling of Products

 Most of the companies that we do business with do not want their products sold on eBay or any auction sites.  Please respect this. No handbags or other items, on the It's a Woman's Bag are to be sold this way.

Catalogs

Some consultants choose to create their own catalogs using the company provided photos on the website. . It's a Woman's Bag is not be held responsible for the misuse of graphics, pictures or any content. Any discrepancy in prices will be at the creator's expense.
